As described below, Individual buyers who purchase vinyl that meet all of the following Eligibility/Limitations and Refund Process terms and conditions are eligible for dotlettering.com's 90-Day Money Back Guarantee (the "Guarantee").
Eligibility/Limitations. To be eligible for the Guarantee, each of the following conditions must be met:
- The vinyl must be purchased on the dotlettering.com website as part of a package that includes the 90-Day Money Back Guarantee offer. The Guarantee applies to most vinyl dot letters and does not apply to any listings that are purchased from one of dotlettering.com's newspaper or other affiliates or partners as part of a print/online bundled package, even if such vinyl items appear on the dotlettering.com site.
- The item must have been purchased the same calendar year as the request.
- The vinyl dot sticker must have been purchased on or after May 16, 2009. The Guarantee does not apply to anything purchased prior to this date.
- The listing must have been purchased by an Individual and not a Dealer.
- The vinyl dot sticker must satisfy all provisions of the Terms and Conditions.
- Only one Guarantee refund per household per calendar year.
- The vinyl sticker must be in it's orginal condition.
Refund Process. Individual Sellers who meet the Guarantee Eligibility/Limitation requirements may request a refund by following the process described below. Refunds will be granted only if all of the instructions below are followed.
- Refund requests must be sent via postal mail to DOTLettering.com, Attn: Money Back Guarantee, PO BOX 194, Blue Grass, IA 52726. Absolutly NO refund requests via e-mail, fax or in person will be accepted.
- Refund requests must be postmarked no later than 90 days after the vinyl dot sticker was first ordered on dotlettering.com.
- Refund request must include a completed and signed letter asking for the refund.
- The refund will be credited to the account used for the purchase.
- The order will be removed from the dotlettering.com site when the refund is issued.
- The request should include the orginal item, in it's original packaging.
DOTLettering.com shall, in its sole discretion, determine whether all requirements for the Guarantee have been satisfied and may terminate or modify the Guarantee program on a prospective basis at any time. The act of submitting a refund request does not ensure that a refund will be issued. |
